
My studio in Petwood – where you can hear the wind, see the beauty of nature and smell the trees.
I provide two classes a week, in the morning. The yoga classes are in small groups so you can feel safe and homely. As a teacher I try to find a balance in my class so everyone can feel and do what is in their ability.
You can look at what type of yoga I teach to find out what you like or come to a class to emerge in the experience.
We come together 10 to 5 minutes earlier to set up in the yoga studio or to say hello online. It is important to me to have this personal contact with my students/yogies. Try to bring your own mat, a drink bottle and a towel (in Vinyasa classes). My classes are always a little bit different and themed.
