Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga where you go from one pose to the other in a smooth flow. It is the art of connecting movement and breath. Yoga enhances your flexibility, strength and soul. Every class can be different.
Yin yoga is a type of yoga where you relax your body in deeper layers when your body is not warmed up. By sitting in a certain poses for a longer period of time.
