I believe anyone can participate in a yoga class. I do as well teach individual classes to work towards an online class or a groups class. Not everyone has the same confidence or ability to move as freely as others. That is why I want to give the opportunity to see if you would like to join in a one on one class and find out. This can be done online or face to face.
