If you want to have the comfort of your own home. You can come and have a look at my Youtube channel to have an idea what my classes look like and if you like the styles I teach.

Yin yoga 06.15-07.15 pm
How it works
You can send me an email or a text to let me know that you want to participate in an online class. I will send you an email with a link for the session the day before. You click on the link and it opens right away on your computer. On your phone you need to install the free Zoom app first.
I believe anyone can participate in a yoga class. If you have any questions about the classes or you are not sure you can do this, give me a call or send me a message.
