What to expect

What I want to give in my class is a strong Vinyasa flow, where you work your body mind and spirit into the deepest layers. I can make it strong or more flowing and gentle depending on the needs of the people in class. I assist people to feel a more deeper sense of grounding into the pose. I want to give the class the experience of a strong workout in a gentle and caring way, unfolding to a relaxed feeling of bliss.

Timetable:

Monday evening 06:00 – 07:00 pm.
Thursday morning 09.30 – 10.30 am
